Analysis

Mira's deep read of your day and week — calories, macros, nutrient ratings, trends and tips — on its own page.

The /analysis page is where Mira analyses your nutrition in depth. It has two tabs:

  • Day — a read of a single day: calories and macros vs your goal, every tracked nutrient rated against health norms, the day's menu, and concrete tips for tomorrow.
  • Week — the Sunday read: your weight trend, calories vs last week, the full nutrient table, where your calories went by category, your most-eaten foods, and a supportive insight.

The day report is ready each evening (after your digest hour) and stays available through the next day — no need to open it the moment it lands. The weekly read refreshes every Sunday, also after your hour — so Sunday gets fully lived and makes it into the report whole; during the week the tab keeps showing last week's until the new one lands. You get a push when each new one is ready. Free users see the full report with the values blurred — a preview; the full read and Mira's analysis are part of Premium.

What the report is built on

Under every report there's a collapsed "Data sources for this report" block — an honest list of what this exact analysis stood on: expand it to see what Mira saw and what she was missing. The sources come in two groups:

  • Calorize — what you log yourself: the food diary, water, weigh-ins, workouts, body measurements, your profile, the food-noise test, Mira's memory (paid plans) and your peptide log (Premium).
  • Health — what arrived from Apple Health or Health Connect: smart-scale weigh-ins, steps, sleep and workouts. This group appears in the mobile app, or once sync is already connected.

The more of these are filled, the more personal the read. None of it is required: Mira works with what she has, and the empty rows come with hints on how to switch them on.

Two rules worth knowing:

  • if a day has weight from both Calorize and Health, the hand-entered one wins — sync never overwrites what you typed yourself;
  • steps, sleep and workouts are context for the read, not currency: activity never turns into extra calories in your budget (here's why).

Choosing when the report is ready

You pick the time in Settings → Notifications (/notifications) — open the daily analysis and weekly analysis there and set the hour (default 21:00). That same time is when the report becomes ready on this page and when the "report ready" push arrives. A later hour means a fuller day is captured.

Past reports

Nothing is lost. A calendar on the Analysis page lists every day and week you already have a report for — tap any past day or week to reopen its full read exactly as it was (each report is a frozen snapshot, so it never changes). The calendar appears once you have at least one past report.

After reading a report you can tap "Ask Mira about this report" to discuss it right here in chat.

So when you want your day or week analysed, open the Analysis page — that's where the real, detailed read lives, not the chat.
