Notifications & reminders

What reminders Calorize sends, how to enable them, set their times, and turn them off.

Calorize sends notifications to your phone and browser so you don't forget to log and stay on top of what matters. Everything is managed on the Notifications page.

How to enable

  1. Open Notifications.
  2. Grant push permission when your device asks — without it the toggles stay disabled.
  3. Switch on the types you want.

The first time, we show a short popup explaining "why" — the day after you sign up, just before the system permission prompt.

What you can get

Reminders

  • Food log — an evening nudge to log your day (default 20:00). Free for everyone.
  • Water — a nudge to drink and log water (default 21:00). Premium / Max only, since water tracking is a paid feature.
  • Weight & measurements — once a week, a nudge to log your weight and body measurements (default Sunday 09:00; pick any day and time). It stays quiet if weight or any measurement was already logged in the past seven days. Free on every plan.
  • Peptides — an injection reminder on your schedule, a separate one per peptide. Premium / Max only.

Billing

  • Renewal failed — when a charge didn't go through and your access is at risk. This one can't be turned off — losing access silently is worse than one push.
  • Upcoming charge — a courtesy heads-up before auto-renewal. Can be turned off.

Summaries

  • Daily analysis — Mira's evening read of your day: calories, macros, tips for tomorrow. The push reaches everyone; the full read is for Premium / Max, while free users get a blurred preview.
  • Weekly analysis — a Sunday recap of your week. The push reaches everyone; the full read is for Premium / Max, while free users get a short teaser.

Set the times

For food log and water you can set one or several convenient times — add as many reminders per day as you need. For daily and weekly analysis, choose when the report arrives. All on the Notifications page.

Injection schedule

Most people run more than one peptide, each on its own rhythm. So in Calorize the schedule is separate for every peptide.

The list builds itself. As soon as you log your first injection in the peptide tracker, that peptide shows up under "Injection reminder" with its own schedule. There is nothing to add or delete by hand — and no buttons for it: the list always equals what you actually inject. Delete every log of a peptide and its schedule goes with them.

The starting schedule comes from your own log — the weekday and hour of that first injection. Log a shot on Thursday at 20:00 and the schedule becomes "every Thursday at 20:00". It's only an opening guess; changing it takes one tap.

Each peptide has two modes of its own, and only one can be active at a time:

  • By weekday — pick one or more days (every Thursday, say).
  • Every N days — set the interval (1 to 90 days) and a start date. The reminder then fires exactly every N days from that date: every 10 days from July 1st means July 1, 11, 21, 31.

The injection time is set per peptide and applies to both modes. Right below the form we show the next reminder date, so you can see exactly what your schedule adds up to.

The reminder itself names which peptide is due today — when you run several, that's the part that matters.

Pause instead of delete. Protocols cycle: a few weeks on, then a break. The switch next to a peptide's name pauses its schedule — the settings stay, the reminders simply go quiet until you switch it back. The top "Injection reminder" toggle silences every peptide at once.

How to turn off

Every type (except "renewal failed") is toggled off individually on the Notifications page. The daily and weekly analysis can also be turned off there anytime.
