Help
Answers to the most common questions — how Mira works, limits, tariffs, cancellation. If you don't find what you need, drop us a message.
AI interaction limits
Why Mira requests have a limit, how many interactions each action costs, and how to check what you have left.
How to add food to the diary
Six ways: voice, text, barcode, label photo, dish photo, and manual search.
Mira tips — make her feel like she reads your mind
Shortcuts that make Mira faster: copying from history, open-day context, hint words, and better phrasing.
Where Mira gets her calorie numbers
Mira first looks for the food in your diary and in the Calorize catalog. If nothing similar is there, she estimates it from general knowledge of that kind of food — commonly accepted average values — and creates a new product. That isn't lab precision, and it doesn't need to be: errors in both directions largely cancel each other out over a week.
Saving diary changes
Where to find the save button on mobile and what the yellow banner at the top means.
Apple Watch — voice food logging from your wrist
Tell your watch what you ate, and Calorize adds it to the diary. Raise your wrist, tap the mic, dictate — done.
Calorize widget on the home screen
Today's calories and macros right on your home screen, without opening the app. And the mic button on the widget opens dictation to Mira straight away.
Wear OS — voice food logging from your wrist
Tell your watch what you ate, and Calorize adds it to the diary. Tap the mic, say it out loud — done. Works on Galaxy Watch, Pixel Watch, and other Wear OS watches.
Garmin — calories and macros on your wrist
Calorize on Garmin shows how today is going: calories against your goal, how much is left, and protein, fat and carbs. It reads your diary and keeps itself up to date, wherever you logged the food.
Peptide calculator
How to calculate a dose: pen mode, vial mode, syringe units, and injection log.
Product or recipe — which to create
Product — for a single item. Recipe — for a home-cooked dish with specific ingredients and known final cooked weight. No exact data? Just describe it to Mira.
Why Calorize doesn't give calories back for workouts
A workout doesn't add calories to your daily goal — and that's a deliberate Calorize decision, not a missing feature. Activity is context for Mira's analysis, not a discount on your food budget.
Syncing with Apple Health and Health Connect
Calorize can send your meals, water and weight to Apple Health (iPhone) or Health Connect (Android) — and read weight from smart scales, steps, workouts and sleep so Mira's analysis is sharper. Sync is off by default and works only in the app.
Cancel subscription
How to turn off auto-renewal and what happens to the paid time you have left.
Why the price differs across platforms
A subscription costs a different amount in the App Store, on Google Play, and on the web via Monobank. Here is why, and how to pick the better option.
Notifications & reminders
What reminders Calorize sends, how to enable them, set their times, and turn them off.
Analysis
Mira's deep read of your day and week — calories, macros, nutrient ratings, trends and tips — on its own page.
Make your analysis more personal
To have Mira factor your diet, health conditions or personal goals into the daily and weekly analysis, tell her — she'll remember it (any paid plan).
Diary
The central place in Calorize for logging food, water, body measurements, workouts, and chatting with Mira.
Water
The water card in the diary counts plain water plus the drinks already in your diary — tea, coffee, milk, juice. Water tracking is on paid plans.
Statistics
Charts and averages for the selected period: weight, calories, macros, and water trends.
A report for your coach, and a download of all your data
Calorize lets you take your data out in two different shapes: a designed PDF report for a chosen period — to send to a trainer or a doctor — and a complete technical archive of everything we hold, free and always available.
Products catalog
The shared product database: search, nutrition per 100 g, and the ability to add your own products.
Recipes
Personal multi-ingredient recipes with automatic nutrition calculation.
GLP-1/Peptides
GLP-1 and peptide catalog, dose calculator, protocols, injection log, and the diary card.
Tests
Food-noise tests for self-assessing appetite and eating behavior.
Pricing
Three plans — Free, Premium, and Max. Free differs from the paid plans by AI limits — Mira’s memory runs for as long as the free starter package does; Max differs from Premium by the number of memory slots, the size of the daily limit and priority support.
Blog
Articles about nutrition, weight loss, GLP-1 therapy, and metabolism.

What users say about Calorize.

Account settings: name, email, language, password, subscription, and deletion.
Goals & Calculations: calories, macros, water, measurements
This is where you set everything your plan is calculated from: direction, pace, activity, water, measurements, units. To change your daily calorie goal, tap the big number at the top and type your own — or pick a pace. Goal and deficit always add up: goal = what your body spends in a day minus the deficit.
Mira’s memory
Persistent facts about you. Memory is on during the free Mira starter package and on every paid plan; the number of slots depends on the plan.
Feedback
Report a bug, suggest a feature or ask a question — and follow the conversation with support.
Onboarding
Quick setup for new users: goal, body parameters, activity, and automatic calorie calculation.
Mira tour
Four short cards on how to log food with Mira — and what makes it accurate.
What's new
