Make your analysis more personal

To have Mira factor your diet, health conditions or personal goals into the daily and weekly analysis, tell her — she'll remember it (any paid plan).

The daily and weekly analysis already run on your own data — what you eat, weight, water. But if you want Mira's read to account for your context — say you're on keto or dairy-free, you have a health particular (e.g. a slower metabolism after an illness), or a specific goal — that's possible too.

Mira's memory

There's one way: Mira's memory. You simply tell her a fact about yourself in chat, she saves it, and from then on she factors it into the reports whenever it's relevant.

Examples worth telling her:

  • diet: "I'm on keto", "I'm vegetarian", "I don't eat gluten";
  • allergies / intolerances: "I'm lactose intolerant";
  • health: "I have hypothyroidism, my metabolism is slower";
  • goal or context: "I'm bulking on purpose this month", "I was recently ill".

Mira pulls that fact into the daily and weekly analysis — so the read is genuinely about you, not generic.

Mute what doesn't apply to you

Memory also works the other way — use it to stop reminders that don't apply to you:

  • too lazy to keep a workout log? Just tell Mira you train (e.g. "I go to the gym 3 times a week") — and the analysis will stop nagging about missing activity;
  • don't track water? Tell her — and the report will stop reminding you about it.

That way the analysis only talks about what's actually relevant to you.

How to turn it on

Mira's memory is available on any paid plan — Premium or Max. If you have a subscription — just message Mira in the diary (e.g. "remember I'm dairy-free") and she'll save the fact. Reports then use it automatically.

If you don't have a subscription yet, you can get one on the pricing page.
