The calculator converts your dose in micrograms into insulin syringe units to draw. It has two modes:
Regulatory status
The top of every peptide page states what the substance actually is: an approved medicine, a compound still in clinical trials, something no regulator has approved, or an ingredient permitted only in cosmetics. Read that line before the dosing figures.
The catalog is reference information. The numbers in each guide are doses reported in published trials, manufacturer labels and other public sources — they describe what was studied or labelled, not what you should inject. Many of the substances listed are not approved as medicines anywhere. The calculator converts a dose you already have into syringe units; it does not choose one for you. Any decision about injecting is one to make with a doctor — see the Medical Disclaimer.
Age confirmation
The dose part of a peptide page — the calculator, the dose range and the protocols in the guide — opens after a confirmation that the reader is 18 or older. The description of the substance and its regulatory standing are available without it.
The confirmation is kept in the browser, and on the account for signed-in users, so it is asked once.
Vial mode (default)
For peptides from a pharmacy or lab, when dry powder needs to be reconstituted with water.
- Vial size — how many milligrams of peptide are in the vial, usually 5 or 10 mg.
- Water amount — how many ml of bacteriostatic water you add, with 1 ml as the standard default.
- Dose — how many micrograms you need to inject.
- Syringe type — U-100 (standard insulin syringe) or U-40.
The calculator shows how many syringe scale units to draw. For example: 10 units on a U-100 syringe = 0.10 ml.
Pen mode
For official injection pens such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and similar. You choose a dose from preset options, and the calculator simply records it in the log.
Injection site
You can record where you injected: abdomen / thigh / upper arm, plus left or right side. This is optional, but useful for rotating injection sites.
Injection log
Every calculation can be logged with the “Log injection” button. This creates a history record for that specific peptide.
The first injection log entry is free — one per account, not one per peptide. Further log entries are available on Premium and Max plans.
The first entry for a peptide also creates its reminder schedule — a separate one per peptide, starting on the weekday and hour of that very injection. You can adjust it on the Notifications page; see Notifications & reminders for the details.
