Calorize is a nutrition and wellness diary. It provides general, informational content to help you track and understand your eating — it is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
Not medical advice
Nothing in Calorize — including calorie and macro targets, the analysis reports, and answers from our AI assistant Mira — is medical, nutritional, or professional advice, and it does not replace a consultation with a qualified doctor or dietitian. Figures are general estimates based on public references, not a personalized prescription.
Consult a professional
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, physical activity, supplements, or medication — and especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are a minor, or have a medical condition (including diabetes, heart, kidney, thyroid, or metabolic conditions). If you experience concerning symptoms, seek medical help.
Peptides and injectable substances
The peptide section of Calorize is a reference catalog and a dose-conversion calculator. It describes substances and the dosing reported for them in published trials, manufacturer labels and other public sources. It does not recommend that you take any of them, and it is not a protocol to follow.
Many substances in that catalog are not approved as medicines by the FDA, the EMA or any other regulator. Some are still in clinical trials; others are sold only as research reagents, where the purity and content of what is sold under a given name are guaranteed by no one. Every peptide page states its regulatory standing at the top — read it before you read the numbers.
Injecting any substance carries risk, and the substances described here can interact with medication and with existing health conditions. Do not start, stop, or change an injection based on anything in Calorize. Talk to a qualified doctor first, and seek medical help if you experience concerning symptoms.
The calculator converts a dose you already have into syringe units. It does not choose a dose for you, and a figure it displays is not a recommendation to inject that amount.
Eating disorders
Calorie tracking is not suitable for everyone. If you have, are recovering from, or suspect an eating disorder, please talk to a healthcare professional before using calorie- or weight-tracking features. Calorize is not a treatment for eating disorders and is not a substitute for professional care.
