The report for a coach
A PDF for the period you select: average calories and macros, a day-by-day chart, weight dynamics, measurements — plus whatever else you tick.
- Open Statistics and choose the period at the top of the page.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Create a report.
- Tick what should go in, then tap Generate.
- It takes a few seconds. You can leave the screen — a notification arrives when the file is ready.
- Tap Open the report — the PDF opens, and you can forward it from there.
The report is built to be read on a phone: one column, large type, full-width charts. A coach opens it right inside a messenger.
What can go into the report
Calories, macros and the intake chart are always there — without them it is not a report. On top of that you can include:
- weight and measurements;
- water;
- workouts, steps and sleep;
- nutrient detail — sugar, added sugar, fibre, sodium, saturated fat;
- top foods and how calories split by category;
- the full day-by-day food log;
- peptide injections.
The last two are off by default: the log runs to many pages, and injections are sensitive enough that they only ever go in by an explicit choice.
What is free
On the free plan the report covers the last 30 days and carries calories with macros plus weight and measurements. The other blocks — water, workouts, nutrient detail, top foods, the food log and peptides — are on the paid plan, exactly as they are in the diary itself. On a paid plan the period can run up to 92 days.
Downloading all of your data
Separately from the report there is the full archive: a ZIP with a JSON file holding everything Calorize stores — profile, food diary, weight, measurements, water, workouts, synced health metrics, injections, subscription history and settings.
It is available on any plan and with no limits: the Prepare my data button in your Profile, next to account deletion.
What is not in the archive, and why:
- passwords, sessions and device tokens — the file can be forwarded, and it must never open your account;
- the names of people who signed up through your link — that is their personal data, so the archive carries only the counts;
- our own internal calculations, such as usage accounting and analytics.
Your chats with Mira are not included. The chat in the app is kept for the current day only, so the conversation can carry on after a reload or on another device; internal copies for debugging are described in the Privacy Policy.
How long the files last
A finished report or archive stays available for a week, then the file is deleted — this is health data, so it does not sit on the server longer than it has to. The file you have already downloaded stays on your device and can be forwarded at any time.
