CagriSema is two active compounds in one vial: cagrilintide (amylin analogue) and semaglutide (GLP-1 agonist) in a 1:1 ratio. Two separate satiety systems work at once, so the effect exceeds either component alone.
Dosing caution. The trial target dose is 2.4 mg cagrilintide plus 2.4 mg semaglutide, meaning 4.8 mg total. Research vials are labelled by total mass (a 10 mg vial = 5 mg + 5 mg). The calculator takes the total blend dose, not the dose of one component.
